Überraschenderweise funktionierte dies fast einwandfrei. Einziger Punkt, ein Virenscanner für 64Bit Windows 7 bietet Norman noch nicht an. Die 64Bit Version für Vista ist nicht kompatibel und liess sich nicht installieren. Doch Kaspersky Labs bietet einen Gratis Virenscanner für Windows 7 an. Dieser kann von der Kasypersky Website geladen werden. Damit lässt sich eine Testumgebung mit Windows 7 problemlos schützen. Die Lösung enthält zudem eine Software Firewall und ein Anti-Spam Modul.
